Hi,
I have a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo LS, the version of it that doesn't have any fog lights, but instead has plastic covers where fog lights would go.

I'm looking to put fog lights in, and I got under the vehicle today and saw that there were plugs to plug in fog lights near each of the holes, but using a test light found that no electricity was reaching the plugs.

I tried with it on High Beams, and Low Beams. Do I need to run additional wire, or am I missing something here?

Thanks a ton!

The plugs you found are for the optional fog lights. The wiring goesto a connector that is behind the dash by the cruise control switch. The optional fog light kit includes two fog lightsand a switch that you install by removinga blank slot cover on the dash next to the cruise control switch. The hardest part of the install is cutting out the plastic covers in the front bumper, the rest of it is just plug and play.
