Default 99 Passport misfiring

I am working on a 99 Passport with a 3.2L. It is showing a misfire on cyl 1,3, and 5 but if I pull the wire from the coil on 2,4, or 6 it makes no difference. If I pull one off 1,3, or 5 the idle drops. I have replaced the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, intake gaskets, and plugs. I have rechecked the timing according to other posts I found on here and it appears to be correct. I removed the EGR valve and plugged the port and removed the exhaust from the left (Drivers side) manifold to eliminate a catalytic converter with no help.
Any ideas??
Thanks
Jeff

I have around 45 PSI fuel pressure and the compression is around 170-175 in all cylinders.
