91 Rodeo bell housing

I have a manual trans. Noticed a little vibration at first and it turned into the bell house split. Never experiance this before. What happened and hard to fix?

either the bolts backed off,or its missing the dowel pins in the engine block,constant torque of a manual trans an loose bolts would do it
