Any idea, I just bought this 98 rodeo, and had to change the front axles, and all the vaccum lines that run to the front end as well. They were all in rough shape. Since then 4x4 works great now, but the 4x4 light stays on flashing, should I pull out the bulb, or any suggestions?

 

Maybe you got the vac lines to the front axle actuator backwards and its keeping the axle locked in.
