I'm actually at 100k mi but I need to do this major tune up.

I know I'll need the follow but please advise me what all else I need.

Timing belt
Timing belt tensioner
Timing belt idler
Water pump
Plugs
Serpentine belt
Serpentine belt tensioner
Thermostat

I would like to replace the seals too so that nothing leaks, but I'm not quite sure how many there are or what each seal is actually called. Please list those too if you can.

Looked on ebay and found a tune up kit that listed the following parts below...not sure if I would buy off ebay but would this complete my tune up?

timing belt
water pump with gasket
timing belt tension adjuster (pushrod assembly)
timing belt tensioner (roller and bracket) includes bolt, sleeve,washers
timing belt idler (roller)
one accessory drive belt
two camshaft seals with O rings
front crankshaft seals
