Hello, I needed some help doing a conversion on my vehicle. It is an automatic 4L30 transmission but is 2WD. I realize that the 4WD setups changed through the years. I have gotten hold of a transfer case from a 1992 Trooper, driveshaft, switch for 4WD auto (already installed) and shift up/down fuses and relays. I need to know what else I may need to make my dreams possible. If I have everything I need, I am ready to install..... Now, I know its easier to just buy a 4WD trooper, but money was an issue at the time. All I know that is left that is needed is a 4WD front axle, which brings up another question. I have a 4WD auto switch, but does it matter if I have manual locking hubs? I imagine it would, but I just need to know. Thanks a ton!
