Default 2004 Rodeo Newcomer - ABS Issues

My daughter bought a 2004 Rodeo 5 years ago, mint car. I maintain it and it's kept perfect. I have had it the last 4 months while she is working out of Country and I notice the Brakes are very soft. A very soft pedal, almost too the floor soft but if I put all I have into it, it will stop, quick ! I have run all new fluid into the brakes, power bled. ABS lights are on, I bought a used ABS Control Module and Dist Block. I think ABS has been on for a while. Not sure I should replace that though, I just read that those things need to be set by a computer. I drive a Trailblazer and my pedal goes like half the distance to floor and that's it. Is this normal for Rodeo, to have soft brake pedal ? Anyone know anything about these ABS Modules. I read all about the Circuit Boards and understand that. Any help is greatly appreciated.
