I'm trying to source a 2003 Rodeo fuel tank shield, and not having much luck. Anyone know where I might find one. Seems the OEM and new-old-stock sources are not available, and cant find a used one anywhere. I am hearing that a Honda Passport was a re-badge-ed clone of the Rodeo and that those parts might fit. If they can be found. Any help would be appreciated.

 

If you are still looking.... have you tried online salvage yards, like JunkyardDog.com? Put in the part you need and you'll get a list of salvage yards that have it. You can then sort by price, location, etc...

Rockauto.com is also useful for comparing items from different vehicles (when they don't actually have what you are looking for). Although they don't carry the fuel tank shield for your car, the 2002 Honda Passport (and possibly other years) does use the same fuel pump, pump locking ring, and tank straps, so there's a good chance the tank and shield are the same too...
