1984 Isuzu Diesel P'up 450,000+ miles, for sale
I've decided to sell my 1984 Isuzu Diesel P'up. It was a college graduation gift from my parents in 1984. I've been the owner since, with the exception of two periods of time when I was working out of the country. In those cases, my dad used the truck.
I drove the truck up until ~ two years ago; it needs a front end alignment. I've finally decided I can't invest the money for that). The truck starts and runs (last time ~ two weeks ago); battery was replaced a couple months ago. Tires were ~ four months old when I stopped driving it (because I thought that was the issue).
Engine has a little over 450,000 miles. Uses some oil. When I stopped driving it I was getting ~ 25 mpg. Body and interior look like **crap**. I have the original fiberglass camper shell; it's ~ 38 y.o. it's functional but not as pretty as it once was.
Looking for Best *Reasonable* Offer. I would really prefer the truck be purchased/ used by someone who can appreciate it. We have history together. If the offer is ridiculous I'd rather plant flowers in the truck bed.
I'm located in SE North Carolina. You would need to take the truck away on a trailer as it's unlicensed at the moment. Thanks
