Hi all- I have an external fuel pump that is wired red to the fuel pump fuse and a white to the ignition. I took the radio out and now somehow I have loose ends on these wires. Should this fuel pump be grounded or what is going on here?

 

Here are some reasons why car won't start.Try checking them if there's any faulty.
1.Battery and connections
2.Getting spark to all cylinders
3.Plenty of fuel
4.Engine compression
