hello all, i have ran into a problem i can figure out. i am working on a 1990 isuzu pickup with a 2.3L and when you start it up it idles high. i have tried adjusting the idle and it dont change anything. i have checked for leaks in vacuum lines and found nothing. i cleaned the egr valve and still nothing, what could it be? can anybody help?
