sea foam
i don't know how many of you have ever heard of this product, but i was watching something on you tube, this guys trooper was just smoking like hell out the tail pipe & it cut to a shot under the hood & he had the fuel line in a bottle of some thing the was clearing out the carbon couldn't get the name off the bottle, so today i went to the parts store & found a bottle of this stuff called seafoam, while my rig was running i poured it strait into the throtle body got the same smoke show as that guy, but after it was done & over holy crap if my trooper ain't runnin' 10 times better than when i got it. my idle is smooth, lifters aren't ticking anymore, my axeleration is smoother, all in all i would recomend getting some & trying it out your selves if you have anything like that wrong with your rigs.
I put this stuff in my cavalier after reading this (I didn't want to mess up anything expensive) after reading the label and doing exactly what it says running it in my gas tank and afterwards i changed the oil (just to be safe) my 2001 cavalier runs like a new car SERIOUSLY runs better than it has since i have owned it and it currently has 132 thousand miles on it so i am putting this in all my vehicles thanks for the advice
not a problem, i like trying new & old products out for my self, if they work or don't work i wanna tell everyone out there to make sure they know, so happy motoring & may the trails be long & the mud thick. lol
well you can put it strait into your tank or pour it down the throtle body while it's running, slowy though or you'll bog out the motor & have to start all over, i did it few few times the bottle tell ya how to do it too
