Default Random low speed Stalling

I have a 2002 Isuzu rodeo with 145,000 miles. I’ve won this car for 10 years. It’s a great vehicle and runs very well, recently I’ve had an intermittent stalling issue at low speed idle or pulling up into a stop sign. it does it once every couple of days. When try to restart it, the starter will not engage for about 15 seconds, then the car will restart, every time . I’ve replaced the throttle position sensor, ignition switch , and brake switch. I’ve looked for loose grounds and tightened everything. I could see no broken wires that I can find , again the car runs very well. Other than this intermittent stalling issue that’s driving me crazy . The alternator is running at 14 amps. The battery is new. Any ideas?
