Default Presentation and gauge problem

Hello guys,

This is my first post around here, i work at my local shop with my grandpa, and i usually prefer to work with German cars wich i have more experience with.

I find that the Japanese have unorthodox ways of doing things in my opinion, and since there are not many Japanese cars around here my experience is limited.
I count on you guys to help me sort the mess that i got in.

I was working on D-max from 2011, it had the airbag light on.
The owner wanted me to take the light out so he doesn't see the light anymore.

I tried to fix it by looking under the seats and solder the wires.
I found that the process was already carried out, but in between someone removed the drivers seat, cut the wires and joined then together, there was some corrosion in then so i cut the wires and soldered everything nicely.
The battery was disconnected.

I connect the battery back and turn on the ignition and the light is still there, blinking 7 times.

So i resort to take the bulb out.
I was able to take out the cluster ,but left it and the battery disconnected during the night.

The next day i try to take the bulb out, and to my surprise there is no Bulb!!!

I put everything back together, but now the gauges and the odometer doesn't work, the warning lights do.
The dimmer also doesn't work on the cluster.

My diagnosis machine only finds the error b0007, communication fault between immobilizer and the motor ECU.
The car already had the error when it came in, was the only fault.
I found strange that there where no SRS fault's, since the light is on.

My machine finds 3 modules, motor ECU, SRS and IMMO.
Only IMMO seems to be working, i have advanced options there.
The other 2 gives me fault when trying to access them, checking the live data with the car working i have no information about the motor, no RPM, no TEMP nothing.
All fuses are good.

So i wonder if i messed something in the cluster or that the IMMO needs to be reprogrammed to work with the cluster?!
What sould i do?

Thank you
