Default A lot wrong with this 99 rodeo

**sort of long, at the bottom is my current issues that I could use some help with thanks in advance**

So I got my manual 99 rodeo 2.2 a little over a year ago. Let’s start off by saying it already had some issues, speedometer doesn’t work, windshield wipers only have the last 2 setting that work and if you don’t want them left diagonally across your window you have to cut them off when they get to the bottom, rear wiper had came on 1 time out of nowhere and nothing before or since, the gas tank when filling all the way up starts spewing gas all over the ground, and a couple of lesser important problems not worth mentioning, but It has an aftermarket radio in it and I noticed that a couple of the speakers didn’t sound like they was working, I pulled out the radio and fixed some of the wires( the original wiring harness was cut) that wasn’t connected correctly and I noticed that I had a couple wires that weren’t connected grn/red and red/grn. Me thinking these were the same color wires I just connected them together. Well after driving awhile it got darker. Turned on the headlights and I notice I didn’t have Dash lights. A couple days later I got pulled over for no tail lights. So I obviously had to figure out the problem soon, I first thing checked the fuse, blown, so I replaced it, I also figured it had something to do with the rewiring I did so I looked it up and those wires go to the dash lights etc. so I disconnected them but still nothing, then checked the taillight bulbs, also blown, changes them and I had taillights again, but no dash light. I tried to figure it out but couldn’t. A month or 2 later my the blower for my heat/air stopped working. Then a couple months after that, it would start bogging down while driving like it was having a seizure. I cleaned everything that I knew could help with my limited knowledge of vehicles, changed the oil and filter, replaced the spark plugs and wires, there was oil all over the socket when I changed the plugs so I replace the valve cover gasket, but it was still bogging down while driving and a couple times I had to pull off the road and wait for it to stop because I couldn’t get it to go nowhere. Then a family member told me to replace the ignition coil. I did and it wasn’t really acting any different but I drove it around the block and it wasn’t bogging down anymore so I driving it to town and parked it and turned it off to get some food, and wouldn’t you know it, It wouldn’t start back, very annoyed at this point, I got someone to pull it and it sat in mo work parking lot for about a week until my friend could look at it, he told me it seems like the coil needed replace AGAIN. So I replaced it and now it’s driving a lot better than it ever has since I’ve had it, but now my stereo will not work. I even bought another head unit to see if that was the problem, still not working, I checked the fuses and come to find out that a few of the fuses wasn’t even the right amps. Fixed all fuses to the correct amps, even the one that is under the hood that is labeled “main” it was an 80A and the label says it’s supposed to be 100A. so now all fuses are correct and not blown, I have a new head unit but still no working stereos the wires for the dash lights aren’t connected to anything and are possibly the reason the dash lights aren’t working, my speedometer and a/c blower doesn’t work. PLEASE if anyone can help with any and/or all of these problems I would greatly appreciate it!!
