The first step to healthy eating and fitness as well as diet involves changes in eating behavior. Do not skip meals - three large meals each day and eat a couple of mini meals. Most of us is the most important meal of the day, have breakfast in the morning. A good breakfast increases metabolism and gives you energy to start your day. In addition, a series of day-to-eat food through the stomach, thus preventing you from overeating at meal time, ensures that it is not empty.
