I've got a 98 Rodeo with a 3.2l. I learned about the EGR tube needing to be cleaned here so I decided to join. I've got light ticking in the top end that doesn't worry me too much.


What's annoying: When it's cold outside (below 60) the lights indicating what gear your're in (automatic trans) indicate the wrong gear unless you wiggle the shifter. Any fixes?

 

Cleaning the EGR fixed the light and the ticking. And gas mileage is up! Thanks!
