Default 2002 Trooper ABS light.

Buying a 2002 Trooper with an ABS light on. No codes. Brakes work like brakes should. Heard about ahn "ABS computer rebuild" service. Any info, ideas or opinions?

Congrats on your new ride. Have you checked if the ABS rings are intact?

Hey Dash. I love this beast. I've been chasing all sorts of issues but I seem to have a handle on most....except oil consumption. The ABS issue is something I just now got around to test. I pulled a front sensor and looked into the hole.....and saw nothing!? Some YouTube videos show I should have seen some teeth of the ring but saw nothing. I'll pull the rotor but I fear previous owner replaced them and forgot to remount rings. If they are gone, would a junk yard be a good bet?
