Ok... I've got a weird one
A while ago I started getting a battery light on instrument cluster and the blower fan wouldn't come on until I flicked the headlights on and off. The battery light is only on when the parking brake is engaged, as soon as I release the brake, both the brake light and battery lights turn off. Sometimes then my blower will kick in, but mostly it won't until I flicker the headlights. All the while my daytime running lights don't work at all anymore either. I've checked all the relays and they're all good... I've also got a brand new alternator and battery.
Help!!

Have you had your voltage regulator checked?

 

Yeah, no issues there. Also it's been replaced anyway
