hello i need a help asap got no ride to use,
i have a 1997 rodeo v6 two weeks ago while driving in a freeway found out that my water temp is a little bit high when i stop a white smoke came out i open the hood saw that its coming from the radiator (no h2o) i wait hour and a half before putting h2o and when i try to start it the eng. wont start.
found out that i have a leak on the radiator change it and out coolant again

ACTION TAKEN
1 check the oil for possible bad head or head gasket problem
2 check every connections everything is ok
3 check the compression 154 on # 1
4 try to check for possible computer foult since i have a scan tool to see if i have foult, bad thing is my OBD2 didntt work. A 1997 model? when i bought this it says that i can scan from 1995 above.
i have used this from my friends 1997 rodeo and it works ok, are you guys experience this kind of a problem?
PLS HELP ME THIS IS MY ONLY RIDE HAVING A HARD TIME GOING TO WORK.
