Default Acceleration Issue

Hello everyone and anyone.

I have a '93 Isuzu Pickup and am having some issues. Upon initial acceleration, idling, and maintaining a steady speed, my truck seems to have a miss. It feels and sounds as though it is fuel related yet I have replaced every component of the fuel system. The speedometer needle bounces up and down when driving, I don't know what the RPM gauge is doing as my truck only has a temp gauge, fuel gauge, and a speedometer. Any ideas on what could possibly be happening to my poor baby. Thank you.

Have you checked/replaced plugs/wires/cap/coil?

The speedo cable may need lubricating
