ok, i have a buddy who was having clutch issue.Itis the pull-type clutch setup.the clutch will not disengage. the clutch has 18k on it, and up until now has had no problems. he tore the tranny out, resurfaced the flywheel, replaced the slave and clutch master. still has the same problem, the clutch will not disengage. he was told that you arent supposed to resurface the flywheel because it puts to much space for the slave to disengage. You can see the throwoutbearing working too. is that correct? any help would be great. thanks.

ive had this problem before, not on 93s but newer.it just turned out to be the friction disc was too thick than the oe. one.esp if it aftermarket, also are your sure the slave clyinder is travelling to its full travel ,isuzus can be a bear getting all the air out of the hydraulic systems.if you can push the clutch fork with a pry bar alittle further an the clutch will release its either not adj properly or you still have air in the system.also could be damaged psi plate.
