I am thinking about doing an engine & transmission swap in my Rodeo from the 3.2 to a 3.5 (from a Trooper). How reliable is the 3.5 compared to the 3.2? Would I need to change the computer also? What would I need to do, to make the swap work? Please contact me at s_r_t_462@yahoo.com Thanks

 

99% sure you will need full harness and computer for the swap. The ignition curve and fuel map will not be the same.
