Can anyone give me information on replacing the lamp in the dash indicating which gear I am in.

Took the Axiom to the dealership and they wanted 250 to replace the lamp.

Much appreciated

I wish you a lot of luck in trying to get your answer to your question!

I've been trying to get a similar question regarding interior bulbs that are out, answered since I first posted them here on October 18, 2006. I'm still waiting for any resonse.Which I find rediculous!

If this was forum was anything like the other forum I belong too for my other vehicle, the Taurus Car Club of America (TCCA) taursclub.com, I would have gotten help with my issue months ago, there we're treated like family, and are willing to help other Taurus owner with any issues they may have, but here on the other hand is the wrong place to come to try to get any help regarding your Isuzu!

Again I wish you luck!Edited by: Axiom35RT79

those lights are controlled by the mode switch, thats why the dealer told you that, I bet if you have them ck the pcm for codes it will have a p0705 or a p0706 mode switch code, the mode switch beening replaced will correct this problem. If you don't you will cause other codes and cause trans to start shifting incorrectly, and I have seen trans's burned up due to this,

And next time you can't get an answer axiom35rt79 email me and I will help you, Sorry I only get notified if it is an email to me or a trooper question other wise it will fill up my email account everyday
