Hi


I am having lots of problems with my Axiom 2002. My car sometimes will not idle. Another words I can drive around on it for 20 mi and if I stop on a light or something the engine will die. If I start the car again it will not idle at all unless I am holding the gas paddle. But then when I switch intogear and notlet the gas peddle goit dies.... </v:stroke></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:f></v:ulas></vath><o:lock aspectratio="t" v:ext="edit"></o:lock></v:shape></v:imagedata></v:shape>. And some times I get lucky and can start up and drive for another 20 mi.I already have replaced throttle valve regulator and stillsame thing no change. Have been extremely frustrated by it. I do have check engine light on and some of the codes are P1125, P1295, P1515, and P1312.

this type of problem is common on the 3.5L engine.. common reasons for it are

fuel pressure regulator (this caused my stalling and strange idle) < src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" ="text/"></>< ="text/">_uacct = "UA-939292-44";

also try cleaning the idle air control valve and mass air flow sensor

 

I had the same problem, i would clean the intake real good first, then change the egr valve (first time it happened)is it has not been serviced in the last 60 miles. Last but not least the fule pressure sensor (second time it happened).
