my rodeo wont start! the key ignition is fine but apparently there is a chip somewhere that powers up the engine..i turn key on , and there is power at the ignition switch there, but where is this chip that helps it start??any ideas for troubleshooting? when shorted with a screwdriver the car starter does start... thanks a lot for any tips..
