Hi the light seems to be getting better,it's off way more then it's on and sometimes it will go off 3 times in a week and then not again for 2 weeks.I've had it go off and pull inot deli get a soda and start truck up and it's off again.I put it on a mac scan tool and it comes up all systems passed. Is it possible the cam is learning to reprogram by itself?

crank angle relearn procedure, can be only set up with the tech 2 like master tech said.i cant believe the isuzu dealer said that they never heard of such a thing,or you just spoke with the wrong person.any time the engine is changed esp the pcm this procedure needs to be done or the check engine light will come on.try this.......take your vehicle back to the dealer an speak with an actual tech out in the service lane the service writers, dont know anything.i fully agree with master tech get the procedure done next before you do anything else.
