Exclamation 3.2, Oil in the Intake

Ok, so the other night my amigo (3.2 4wd with 136,000) was having idling problems. I traced it back to bad intake gaskets. No big deal to fix. so I started tearing into the engine and to my surprise, my intake was coated with oil, not just a nice thin coat either. There were puddles on the bottom.
For the longest time I couldn’t figure out where its oil was going ( it was using roughly about 1 quart to about 350miles). So I think it may be my valve seals, but not for sure, so if any of you have other suggestions, Or attempted to put new seals in without removing the heads, lemme know!
