Hey has anyone had to deal with their sift soleniod in a V6 3.2L 4 speed Automatic Transmission? My transmission light has been on since I bought it, and starts in D rive but after 20 miles it has to shift to L or 2nd to get going and then I can shift into Drive and it works fine. I am going to check my fill plug tomorrow, and go from there. Parts for this thing is hard as hell to find.

 

I haven''t had to deal with a solenoid, but my tranny won''t shift when it''s cold, and I don''t mean temperature. For the first 5-10 minutes of any drive where it''s been sitting for more than an hour, it''s extremely hesitant about shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Drives me NUTS!!!!
