I have an opportunity to purchase a 1999 Vehicross for $10,500. It has 40k miles. I think it is the coolest and my son (11 years) does too. My other choice is a PT Cruiser, cool but not as cool, and with better mileage. I have been following a Trooper group at Yahoo anditseems mostTroopers have basically GM running gear. Trooper owners are very loyal. A Four-Runner with 100k miles goes for $10k.


My primary concerns are replacement parts and service.


Just looking for some feedback before I make the plunge.
