Anyone know where the computer is located, need to pull one from an old "98" to put in another "98". Is, the computer located in the interior or under the hood?

Also, does anyone know why rear window windshield fluid sprayer not working. I checked nozzle and pushed a safety pin through to make sure not clogged. I even unscrewed the thing from the window and f tube connector. Reservoir is full, not even fluid comes out of the hose line. Is there a pump that pushes fluid up?
