I need to buy a new SUV soon and I have 3 choices in mind. One is based on the size and the others are based on the fact I have always wanted one. I plan to spend $7500.00 or less on the truck. I am looking at Land Rover Disco, Ford Expedition and a Trooper.


I think I have ruled out the Disco for repair cost reasons. I am leaning towrds the Ford, only becasue I have 3 kids and the extra space is nice to have. However, the gas is really bad in the Ford. I really want a Limited Trooper. I have test driven a new ever year since 1997 and totally love the truck. The problem is that we no longer have any dealers close to me. I am not sure if I have a dealer in Cleveland anymore. I know the Ford is easy to work on and fix, but it seems the Trooper is alot more reliable by the reviews I have read online.


Any advice is greatly appreciated...
