vibrate in overdrive

vibrate in overdrive
Hope anybody can help me out,
When my trooper 1996 3.2 automatic shifts to overdrive( rpm drops just under the 2000) it's starts to vibrate, when i speed up a bit (just above the 2000 rpm) it's getting less en when i speed up more or push the powerdrive button it's gone.(so the overdrive gets off again)
Anybody knows this problem?
