Trooper Headlights (help shed some light)

Just bought it yesterday and inside my headlights theres is water....is there an easy way to dry them out or do you think i need to buy new ones? ANY suggestions would help.

if theres water theres a crack or bad seal, take them off and drain the water, use a blowdryer. that works pretty well then reseal the assembly with marine silicone sealant around the lens and in any cracks. also check the headlight bulb seals. those can be replaced or new ones made out of DIY gasket material available at any parts store. i had the same problem and i used a blow dryer then resealed them. the lights are alot brighter now and im not going through bulbs like crazy
