I have a 91' Trooper with the 2.8 V6. The exhaust manifolds are cracked and I need to replace them. I have been told that this is a major problem with these and I am reluctant to buy new ones just for it to happen again. They warped so bad that they broke off several exhaust manifold bolts. I would much prefer to install a set of headers. Does anyone know if there is a company that makes them or if there is a set for something else like an S10 that will crossover. I found a set for an S10 from Pacesetter. They should bolt right up. However, the company didn't know if they would clear all the components on the trooper. Any help would be great. Thanks

 

besides pacesetter, i know doug thorley makes decent headers.....you could call them up and see if they have one for your specific rig
