I have read various posts about troopers TOD front wheels not engaging when the button is pushed in.I know that the sensor is about $300, but where is this thing located. Also where would the vacumn hosesor faulty wires be located so I can check em out myself?

thanks

The TOD sensors are mounted on the transfer case and have a wire harness going to them. There are two, one for the front prop shaft and one for the rear. They are not large and look like a speed sensor of sorts. The TOD module is located under the pass seat. You should be able to find them on the upper part (I believe) of the tcase. Until March 8 you can go to www.myisuzuparts.com and enter your vehicle info to pull up a illustration. Hope this helps.
