Default Motor Trouble

Just bought a fix me up trooper with motor that runs really bad. Thought it might have bad head gasket at first but not the case. After getting it home and putting some tools to it I now have an idea of why it runs so rough but not how. Motor is 3.2 DOHC engine. Number 1 and 3 cylinders are not firing. It is not the plgs or wires or coil pack as i am getting spark. Number 1 clinder has good compression but number 3 has no compression. Number 5 cylinder has good compression also. Also did a combustion leak test on it and no exhust gas in radiator. What do I look at next? Any ideas or help?

Valve train and timing alignment make sure you check the counterbalance marks because not all OEM marks from isuz are the same so do it old school from scratch line up the counterbalancer and the cam and then the belt don't depend on the blt marks because they can be as far out as 5 teeth and still be in good alighnment.
NOTE: the starter motor has enoug torqueto bend the valve stems in on erotation so do it OLD SCHOOL BY HAND WITH A BREAKER BAR, NOT ELECTRIC POWER, cause when it binds you have a problem
