The basics -
You'd need the trans and t-case (I don't think the autos t-case will bolt up to the manual), flywheel, clutch set, clutch master and slave cylinder/lines/hoses/pedal assy. And probably have to do something to make the ECM think the auto is still there, it uses signals from the trans. You may have to do some drive shaft work, I don't know if the lengths are the same or not. And the mounts may be different.
Having a donor vehicle to strip what you need from would be handy.
