I am sure that this has been asked here a million times but oh well, once more won''t hurt.

I have a 94 trooper with 130k miles. In the mornings I get a noise from the lifters for about 1 1/2 mins then it goes away. What''s the deal with this? Is it something to be concerned about?

Thanks!

You may need to adjust your valve lash on your rocker arms under the valve covers. You can find out how to do it in an auto repair manual. It will give you the steps and what clearances that the valve lash should be. Hope this helps.
