Question Issues with Isuzu Trooper 2001

So I've had a lot of issues so far with my Trooper
Isuzu Trooper 2001 4wd

- Makes a screeching noise when trying to accelerate uphill
Cant go over 30 mph uphill without it making the noise

-With the cold weather car turns on & all accessories turn on
Battery is brand new
But does not start, just clicks, no turn over

-(Hasn't been doing this lately but has been a huge problem about 2 months ago) Car goes into power saving mode, shows check engine, & battery light

-I've had a friends dad look at it and said the screeching noise could be caused by a belt or the throttle

Anyone have any ideas?

have you ever try to replace a new belt or tighten the belt?

by the way, do you have the manual for 2001 trooper? I 'm trying everywhere but no luck, hope you got one, thanks.
