Ignition lock cylinder hell

Ignition lock cylinder removal replacement question
Someone decided to stick the wrong key into our 1990 Trooper ignition lock and start it. Result? Can no longer turn to right at all with proper key. Two questions: best place to buy new cylinder, and how to remove the old one.
