Help 1989 Trooper engine Replacement

Have a 1989 Trooper with Frozen 2.6L 4 Cylinder engine, looking to replace engine. Need suggestions on where to purchase remanufactured engine and what engine will fit if i cannot find 2.6L?

That's a tough one, what about finding a reputable shop that can rebuild yours?

Have you tried searching the net for a short block or long block?
