Hi Rachel,
The earlier Trooper's and Rodeo's have only one heater core. Are you having problems?? When they changed the body style in I think 93 they installed a heating duct that came out at the rear of the console at floor level. And was and is a great feature.

If I can be of further assistance please feel free and let me know.

Hope this answers your question.

I wish I knew your name. Mine is Fred. I know of NO trooper with dual heater cores. Wish I knew which year you/he has. Is it gas or diesel engine?? They are a righteous pain in the butt to replace (front one). And I would assume more so if it has dual cores. I have owned Troopers since 1988 and they are like my toys. I have 88-95 Troopers and had a Rodeo (2000). That was my ex's and it and her are both gone. It too was like a toy only faster. And more of a pain doing certain under vehicle work like checking trans fluid levels as it has no dip stick.

I like Jeeps as well but they are expensive toys and Troopers are much cheaper. Not trying to be nosy but what are a are you in??

Nice meeting you.
