I have a 1986 trooper 4x4 that the headlights and horndo not work.The parklights work fine whenI turn them on but the headlights will not work not even the bright lights workI have checked all the fuses and they are all good. if anybody knows what might be wrong please help me.I cant an inspection sticker untilI get these things working, any help would be appreciated

check to see if the light bulbs are not bad

 

headlight switch has problems for those yrs.the horn...? thats on a different circuit.just break out a good test light an check for power to thte horn an makae sure it has good ground.
