Hello. I'm considering buying a Trooper...looks to me like a '98 or newer will be my best bet. Looking for any 'gotchas' I should be looking for. Any suggestions, especially from Trooper owners or mechanics, would be greatly appreciated!

i would definately consider a trooper. they really are great vehicles. torque on demand or TOD is a really good option. i would look for a 99 or above. i have a 2000 LS, and i bought it after a 4 runner, i like my trooper better.
