My 89' troop' 2.6L 5spd tends to shudder taking off from a start. I can minimize ,or even avoid it only by slow engagement and feathering the gas a little. The other day I was parked downhill forwards, and tried low range to back up and the problem was even worse it seemed. Not sure if it is the clutch, but I've checked motor and tranny mount's, and they are fine. Has anyone had & repaired a problem similar ??
