So i put the clutch in, greased the pilot bearing. haven't done anything to the adjustment yet. I start the truck and the wheels are spinning (its off the ground) while its in neutral now i have been getting some feedback from mechanics and some say its the clutch some say its the tranny..... what do you guys think?

What weight oil is in the transmission? if the wheels are spinning in neutral it sounds like the input shaft inner bearing is seized or you are running to heavy of an oil in the transmission. it should be 30w engine oil not gear oil.

there is a easy way to find out if it is either one, start your truck in neutral, put on the ebrake. if the engine is choked down and dies it is the tranny, if not it is the clutch, master cylinder or slave cylinder. if you are not sure there is no air in the line go rent a power bleeder and bleed the system again.
