the circuit opposite the 12volts side of fuse 4 is a 22 gauge blue wire with a white stripe and a double silver band markers and this wire goes straight to a short as soon as the key turns on... circuits affected include, but are not limited to: the power windows, cruise control, roof electrical, torque-on-demand panel in the dash, rear and intermittent front wipers. please, please, how do i track the short? and why me? thanks in advance -jack
