Having a Hell of a Hell of a time trying to find one. found one on eBay and it was this makeshift fuel pump assembly, which is broken upon arrival. Any ideas on what different car feel pump I can use. Or where to find quality parts it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

 

I feel your pain, i went through this a few years back with my 2000, and also had to replace the tank. I found an ex-Isuzu dealer that found one left in the US, for $500. Finally found a decent used tank.

Have you tried a salvage yard? They can search nationwide for used parts.
