i have a 1992 isuzu trooper 3.2l sohc that is leaking coolant onto my exhaust manifold and causing white smoke. i dont have coolant in my oil or vice versa and no smoke coming out of the pipes just under when the pipes get hot. i just purchased the suv and it was running fine on the test drive but started leaking on the way home from purchase. im not burning oil ether so im pretty sure my block and head gasket are fine but i cant locate where the leak is comming from. there was also a hissing sound coming from behing the glove box which i was told could be the heater core i put all my savings into the purchase of the vehical and need to try and do this as cheap as possible have a baby on the way and need the suv running asap please ne help would be greatly appreciated.

 

did you disconnect the lines on the fire wall and loop them back to each other? this will cut off the heater core and you'll find out if that's where the leak is.
